About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to lead a team of fundraisers in door-to-door and face-to-face fundraising activities within the humanitarian/charity sector. This is a full-time leadership role that offers a chance to make a significant impact while developing your leadership and fundraising skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in face-to-face or door-to-door sales, preferably in fundraising, as well as leadership or management experience, ideally in a fundraising or sales environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of fundraisers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and encouragement to excel.
- Onboarding, Training & Development: Provide onboarding for new team members as well as ongoing coaching and training for the team to help them meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Hands-on fundraising and sales in the field: Actively participate in fundraising activities with your team in the field, especially when you are coaching new team members and showing them how to make a sale and connect with new people you meet.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report team performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance where necessary.

- A goal-oriented and active attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English (Finnish is not required).
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
