The Business Development Manager at GEDU Services is a key role responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the student recruitment team. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership, business development, and education industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new potential student recruitment agencies, educational providers, and other key stakeholders to expand GEDU's global reach.
- Student Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the program management team to create and execute effective student recruitment strategies, focusing on maximizing enrolment for study abroad programs, higher study courses, and university abroad programs.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze customer feedback data to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with GEDU's products and services.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the student recruitment team to achieve set targets, including assisting in setting sales targets and sustaining solid relationships with recruiting partners, company stakeholders, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry, preferably with experience in B2B sales in Edtech/Education Industry/Agent Network/Institutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills, as well as exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
