Job Summary

The Business Development Manager at GEDU Services is a key role responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the student recruitment team. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership, business development, and education industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new potential student recruitment agencies, educational providers, and other key stakeholders to expand GEDU's global reach.
  2. Student Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the program management team to create and execute effective student recruitment strategies, focusing on maximizing enrolment for study abroad programs, higher study courses, and university abroad programs.
  3. Business Intelligence: Analyze customer feedback data to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with GEDU's products and services.
  4. Team Management: Lead and motivate the student recruitment team to achieve set targets, including assisting in setting sales targets and sustaining solid relationships with recruiting partners, company stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry, preferably with experience in B2B sales in Edtech/Education Industry/Agent Network/Institutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills, as well as exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
