Requirements for this role include:

  • A strong academic background in a Psychology-based subject
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and BI tooling
  • Experience with psychometric assessments and interpretation
  • Ability to conduct behavioral interviews and train stakeholders
