Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their supply chain requirements, develop solutions, and maximize the utilization of FedEx services.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular business reviews, entertaining clients, and providing exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills and the drive to deliver results in a competitive market.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving new business sales and account retention experience.
  • Proficiency in both Estonian and English languages is required.
