We are seeking a skilled GTM Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We design and implement marketing strategies for specific products, including planning and execution of annual roadmaps and monitoring progress.
  • We collaborate with the department operator to ensure effective management of product-related activities, such as product plan, portfolio, approval process, distribution, promotions, etc.
  • We analyze and track company performance against established objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • We manage key company data, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • We coordinate with HQ to ensure seamless product delivery and logistics, as well as communication of requirements and support to the local market.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM or Sales area, with a strong background in product planning and business strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products and accounts efficiently, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Chinese a must.
