About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Reward Excellence Lead to join our team at Supercell. As a Reward Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reward excellence strategies that align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective reward excellence strategies that drive business outcomes through recognition and rewards
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize reward programs
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including People Partners, Recruitment Partners, Leads, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes through reward initiatives
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a senior role or progressive experience in reward excellence
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading a small team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
