About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our Customer Experience Survey application, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role involves contributing to the experience management domain, collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and architects, and driving deliveries through high-quality deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap planning by building and maintaining the team backlog.
  • Actively participate and contribute to agile release train ceremonies and events.
  • Collaborate with distributed global teams.
  • Create requirements and technical specifications that define and support deliveries.
  • Set clear objectives for the development teams and connect team-level objectives to the business vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects and cross-functional development teams within IT.
  • Skilled communicator with proven ability to drive deliveries.
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong will to succeed.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of customer master data and basic knowledge of customer surveys.
