At Specim, we are on the hunt for a dynamic Industrial Sales Manager to drive new sales with enthusiasm and innovation across selected European countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning sales plan, engaging with customers, closing high-value deals, and participating in marketing events.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both direct customers and distributors across diverse application segments, including food, recycling, industrial process quality assurance, remote sensing, and academic/governmental research.

Ideal candidates will have experience and a proven track record in spectroscopy, machine vision, automation industry, or measurement instrument sales, with a passion for selling and meeting customer needs.

The successful candidate will be proficient in using MS Office and Salesforce CRM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with various levels of the organization. Strong formal presentation skills and the ability to handle stress and ambiguity are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a winning sales plan
  • Engage with customers, analyze customer lists, schedule demos, make calls, and utilize CRM efficiently to build strong relationships
  • Closing high-value deals, identify quality leads, develop them into opportunities, close purchase orders, prepare agreements, and negotiate terms to achieve mutually profitable arrangements
  • Participate in exciting marketing events, represent us at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and various promotional activities to showcase our innovative products
  • Provide top-class customer support, assist and advise customers on using hyperspectral systems in collaboration with application specialists, ensuring their satisfaction and success
