
Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Finland. As an integral part of our sales process, you will be responsible for creating new ARR through customer acquisition and existing customers.
This role involves prospecting and finding new B2B customers for Auntie, as well as growing our existing customers internationally. To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and excellent people skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to grow to become a trusted advisor for customers and feel comfortable with new customer acquisition and solution-sales experience. Having previously worked with HR and/or in a SaaS company is seen as a significant advantage but not a must.
