
Industrial Sales Manager Role

SPECIM is a leading global supplier of hyperspectral imaging solutions. Our innovative products are used in various industrial and research applications worldwide. We operate globally, with headquarters in Oulu, Finland, sales offices in the US, China, Germany, and Spain, and an extensive distributor network.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the European market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales, with a deep understanding of spectroscopy, machine vision, automation industry, or measurement instrument sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Engage with customers, build strong relationships, and provide top-class customer support
- Closing high-value deals, identify quality leads, develop them into opportunities, close purchase orders, prepare agreements, and negotiate terms to achieve mutually profitable arrangements
- Participate in marketing events, represent us at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and various promotional activities to showcase our innovative products
