Aalto University is seeking a startup founder and business developer to join our team. As a business developer, you will play a crucial part in creating a sustainable future by helping us bring cutting-edge research into the market.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of researchers, academics, and professors to identify and develop commercialization opportunities for our innovative projects. Your primary responsibility will be to explore different paths for commercialization and map out various options, such as start-up establishment.

You will also conduct market analysis, customer profiling, gap and risk analysis, identification of business models, go-to-market strategy, and identification of future funding models. Additionally, you will actively identify partners for the project and negotiate with them, preparing commercialization paths to meet potential clients' demands.

We offer a meaningful job where you can create a business from research in an international environment. You'll get the support of the research team, mentors, Aalto Innovation Services, Aalto Startup Center, and the active Aalto community. After the project, there is a possibility that you could become part of the new deep tech startup as a CEO or Business Director.
