The Commercial Account Manager role is an exhilarating opportunity to drive revenue growth and make a lasting impact. But this role is about more than just numbers. As a customer-facing seller, you will take ownership of every aspect of revenue growth within your Commercial territory, Finland. Your keen eye for discovering and developing new opportunities will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business. With a strategic mindset, you will not only manage the pipeline but also foster customer growth, forging strong and lasting relationships.
This is a quota-driven role that demands excellence, but the rewards are worth it. As a representative of NetApp, you will be at the forefront of our engagement with top Named Commercial accounts in the territory. Collaborating with a diverse team of experts, including partners, Commercial Territory Representatives, Sales Development Representatives, Account Technology Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists, you will exceed overall sales objectives and elevate our success to new heights.

Essential Functions
- Develop a strategic territory plan and account plan for key accounts to align the full account team on territory growth strategy.
- Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities in collaboration with key partners within an assigned territory to achieve territory-specific revenue goals.
- Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity, and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence.
- Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable customer acquisition and growth.
- Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners.
- Achieve assigned territory revenue goals by developing and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities from prospect to close.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English & Finnish (C1-C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory.
- Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts.
- Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functions.
