As a Sales Manager, you'll form part of our dedicated sales team, working closely with clients to execute sales strategies and meet targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, overseeing sales projects, and facilitating commercial negotiations. This requires exceptional communication and interaction skills, particularly when working with international clients from diverse backgrounds.

You'll be an integral member of our international business development team, contributing to the company's vision of creating a more sustainable maritime industry. As such, you'll benefit from a dynamic, collaborative work environment with like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and project management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement CRM systems for efficient data management
  • Travel extensively (60-70 days/year) to engage with clients and partners
  • Utilize proficient English language skills to communicate effectively
