Me Hartwallilla tavoitamme yhdessä asiakkaidemme kanssa koko Suomen, eikä kotimaasta löydy montaa myymälää ilman Hartwallin tuotteita. Brändeistämme löytyy rakastettuja juomia klassikko-Jaffasta aitoon harmaaseen. Menestyksemme taustalla on huikeita myynnin ja asiakaspalvelun ammattilaisia. Nyt haemme juuri sellaista työkaveria.

Hartwallin myynnin tuen koordinaattorina pääset toimimaan sekä kuluttajapalvelun että myyntipalvelun tehtävissä. Kuluttajapalvelussa vastaat esimerkiksi Hartwallin tuotteita ostaneiden ihmisten yhteydenottoihin ja palautteisiin. Myyntipalvelussa pidät yhteyttä Hartwallin asiakkaisiin, eli ravintoloitsijoihin ja muihin juomiamme myyviin yrityksiin. Yhteydenpito hoidetaan sähköpostitse, puhelimitse ja sosiaalisen median kanavissa.

Määräaikaisessa roolissasi toimit osana Hartwallin energistä myyntipalvelun tiimiä, ja tulevien työkaveriesi mukaan tiimissä on hyvä meininki ja kokeneempien osaajien apua aina tarjolla.

Asiakaspalveluhenkinen asenne ja hyvät viestintätaidot ovat tehtävässä tärkeimmät työkalut. Lisäksi tarvitaan oma-aloitteista työskentelytyyliä ja kykyjä oppia nopeasti uusia asioita. Myös hyvästä paineensietokyvystä on hyötyä.

Meille tärkeintä on kuitenkin, että uutena työkaverinamme olet yhteistyökykyinen ja luotettava tiimipelaaja, joka pyrkii omalla toiminnallaan virkistämään ihmisiä ympärillään.

Myyntikoordinaattorina toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä kuluttajien ja ravintola-asiakkaiden kanssa, mutta myös Hartwallin eri sidosryhmien kanssa: teet yhteistyötä etenkin laadunvalvonnan, tuotekehityksen, kuljetussuunnittelun ja tuotannon suunnittelun tiimien kanssa.

Työpisteesi sijaitsee toimistollamme Helsingin Pitäjänmäessä, ja työtä on mahdollista tehdä perehdytysjakson jälkeen myös osittain etänä hybridimallimme mukaisesti. Tehtävän palkkaus on Elintarvikealan toimihenkilöiden TES:n TVL 10:n mukainen. Tehtävä on määräaikainen perhevapaan sijaisuus.

  • Aikaisempaa kokemusta kuluttaja- ja asiakaspalvelutyöstä. Työkokemus myyntitehtävistä katsotaan eduksi
  • Osaat käyttää yleisimpiä toimisto-ohjelmia, työskentelet luontevasti puhelimessa ja hallitset erityyppisiä asiakaspalvelutilanteita
  • Suunnitelmallisuutta, oma-aloitteisuutta ja paineensietokykyä
  • Hyvää suullista ja kirjallista esiintymistaitoa
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa, ruotsin kielen osaaminen on eduksi
