We're seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft and GitHub team in Finland.

About the role

As a Solution Architect focused on Microsoft and GitHub solutions, you will be a key player in supporting business development across the whole organization. You will take a central role in pre-sales activities, designing solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. This includes harmonizing and coordinating our Microsoft and GitHub pre-sales practices throughout Eficode.

You will collaborate closely with our consultants responsible for solution delivery and work alongside our team focused on strengthening our partnerships with Microsoft and GitHub. Therefore, you will work extensively in an international context, collaborating with colleagues and clients across borders and will report directly to the Head of Business Area in Finland.

What you will be doing

  • Pre-sales activities: Collaborate with sales on potential customers' engagements to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions. You build and deliver technical demos and assist in closing deals.
  • Relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners and resellers, becoming a trusted advisor in the Microsoft Azure and GitHub ecosystem.
  • Proposal development: Contribute to proposal writing, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs and goals and showcase our expertise in the cloud and DevOps domains.
  • Practices harmonization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal pre-sales and delivery processes.
  • Collaborating with global teams: Work alongside our global Microsoft and GitHub teams to align on best practices and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Who we are looking for

You will make a great match for this role if you have:

  • Solid experience in the Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems and with their partners.
  • DevOps and cloud expertise: experience in designing and implementing DevOps processes, using especially Microsoft-related technologies and GitHub.
  • Pre-sales and proposal development experience: proven ability to lead pre-sales activities, create compelling proposals, and engage with clients in a sales-driven environment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills: you are at ease engaging with different stakeholders, especially with clients at all levels, from technical teams to executives.

It would be an added bonus if you have:

  • Consulting experience: understanding consulting work, its delivery and its challenges is crucial.
  • Microsoft Azure and/or GitHub certifications.
  • Business acumen.
  • Fluency in Finnish.
