Job Description:
Napa Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Strategy Professional to join our team as a Business Growth Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead and drive projects forward to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches
- Conduct market analyses to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet targets

Requirements:
- Relevant educational background in economics, engineering or comparable qualification
- Previous experience and proven success in selling and scaling new software products
- Experience in modern sales tactics and genuine interest in new technologies (e.g. AI)
