We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sales and Business Development team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies and customer relationships.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in negotiating trade terms, managing customer P&L, and developing integrated promo plans. You will work closely with customers to deliver positive category development and drive Unilever competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies and customer business plans
  2. Negotiate trade terms and manage customer P&L
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  4. Develop and implement integrated promo plans to drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in FMCG
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
