We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Category Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a pivotal role in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns that drive traffic and sales, enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and engage our existing audience.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, as well as experience from FMCG, grocery retail, or equivalent business/industry. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Picadeli's overall business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic to our salad bars and increase sales.
- Category Management: Ensure alignment with HQ-led food strategy and manage local new product development process.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to shape marketing strategies and promotional activities.
