About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing efficient sales processes to support scalability and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Establish efficient sales processes to support scalability and long-term growth.
  • Identify and develop key market opportunities worldwide, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the broader leadership team to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and engage with key stakeholders in the defence sector.
About You

You will need a strong background in the defence industry and proven sales leadership experience. You should have demonstrated expertise in building teams and organisations from scratch, a strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and drive sustainable growth, and exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and foster team success.
