Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound sales leads, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in managing customer relationships.

With previous junior sales or coordinator experience, you will have the chance to further develop your career and progress towards the role of Key Accounts Manager. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer queries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, allowing you to present them effectively both internally and externally.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
  • Research customer needs to identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling solutions to current customers.
  • Manage customer processing and sales for both existing and potential clients.
  • Provide support to Key Account Managers in managing larger client relationships and sales efforts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and tools, supporting the sales team to ensure that accurate information is maintained in CRM (Siebel).
