We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Sales & Business Development team in the Commercial & Operations unit. This is a full-time, fixed-term position lasting 4-5 months, starting in May/June 2025.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills with the help of a highly experienced team. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of sales tools and reporting systems that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management and implementation of ongoing sales tool developments.
  2. Build and maintain reports to track the adoption and business impact of deployed sales tools and initiatives.
  3. Conduct independent analyses to quantify and monitor sales performance metrics.
  4. Identify trends and propose actionable insights to improve sales operations.
  5. Work on improving CRM usability by analyzing field utilization and proposing streamlined layouts.
  6. Support alignment across teams by reviewing, updating, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, statistics, or computer science.
  2. Organizational and analytical skills to manage projects.
  3. Good knowledge of analytics and data.
  4. An eager learner of processes, tools, and ways of working.
  5. Ability to creatively suggest the best tools and methods for the task at hand.
  6. Ability to work independently in a proactive and systematic way, with a can-do attitude.
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
