We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at UpCloud. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the Nordic region.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and innovating lead development strategies. You will work closely with our Account Executives to ensure seamless sales cycles and excellent customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the cloud industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and cloud technology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities through programmatic outbound prospecting and lead development.
  • Qualify leads and manage sales leads in our CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft).
  • Innovate and optimize lead development strategies, including A/B testing cadences, messaging, and communications channels.
  • Represent UpCloud at conferences and industry events.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, ideally at a startup or scale-up.
  • Native in Finnish or Swedish, and bilingual level in English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
