Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for Upright by identifying and qualifying sales leads. The ideal candidate will have strong goal orientation, exceptional communication skills, and a systematic approach to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales leads to generate new business opportunities for Upright
  • Handle inbound lead generation channels and contact leads via email, phone, and social media
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date and continuously hone the optimal way to approach different target groups
  • Work closely with our account executives to expand Upright's reach in the CSRD data market
Requirements
  • Strong goal orientation and proven performance in the past
  • Exceptional communication skills in Finnish/Norwegian/Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A systematic approach to work
  • Solid track record of internal passion for excellence
  • Sense of urgency and drive to get the job done
