About the Role

As a key member of the BYD Europe team, we are seeking an experienced and self-driven Regional After Sales Representative to join our team in Finland. This exciting opportunity will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Partner Management: Drive and support dealer partner's service network management, including service preparation, monitoring, and managing the aftersales business plan.
  • Project Development and Execution: Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners to ensure the localization and implementation of BYD aftersales policies and standards.
  • Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials and programs. Collect and analyze service/maintenance data to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Performance Reporting: Create, implement, and ensure regular ad hoc performance reporting in collaboration with our Chinese and European HQ.
  • Customer Experience: Implement our customer-centric approach and unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners, ensuring regional customer satisfaction and monitoring partners' CX process improvement.
  • Technical Support: Communicate with technical support, quality, and warranty teams to handle critical issues, quality investigations, and training arrangements.
  • Spare Parts Management: Coordinate spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the parts supply chain team to improve service level.
  • Business Objectives: Work with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual after sales objectives and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel frequently within the country/region and abroad, including potential trips to the Netherlands and China (25% of time).
  • Education and Experience: HBO+ (bachelor or master) working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience. 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within importer or OEM.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish language and English. Chinese is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: High-level attention to details, time management, and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills. Must hold a valid driver license for EU and be eligible to work in Europe.
