Sales Representative DuPont Personal Protection Specialist

We look for a Sales Representative f/m covering Sweden and Finland to promote DuPont Personal Protection products.
The role requires sales, technical, and business skills needed to interact with purchasing as well as health and safety engineers to promote our protective apparel, thermal and mechanical industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
\t- Development of relationships with our full value chain; garment manufacturers, distributors, and key end-user customers.
\t - Development of new product applications in cooperation with end users and different actors of our value chain.
\t - Development of plans to support growth of new products or applications in selected industry segments.
\t - Strong cooperation with marketing, product management, and technical teams.
\t - Continuous market and competitive feedback to organization.
\t - Promotion of our full DPP solutions at end user: chemical protection, controlled environment.
\t - Active participation in defining strategic road to the Nordic market.
\t - Active participation at fairs to promote existing portfolio and identify new market trends and development opportunities.
\t - Organization and lead of sales and application seminars at selected customers and end users.
\t - Employee is expected to work independently in coordination with the rest of the Nordic DPP team and take strategic guidance from the direct supervisor.
\t - Implementation of business and price strategies to achieve business results.
\t - Position requires independent and interdependent thinking.
\t - Difficult competitive environment and global nature of customer and application development require heavy opportunity identification and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Requirements
\t- Strong commercial and/or technical background in personal protective equipment.
\t - Ideally several years of experience in Chemical Protective.
\t - Being at ease when dealing with people. Showing strong talent to negotiate, influence, and listen carefully. Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.
\t - Excellence in being self-driven and organized.
\t - Team player capabilities within an international team.
\t - Willingness to travel up to 70% in Sweden and Finland.
\t - Language: Swedish and English required. Finnish would be advantageous.
