In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing commercial strategies and business plans with customers, delivering positive category development and competitiveness.

You will work closely with customer teams and category managers to develop and execute these strategies, focusing on customer growth delivery, including yearly negotiations on pricing, assortment, promotional programs, and perfect store execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in successful key account management, customer relationship management, category management, or brand building, and be fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, and a positive can-do mentality.
