About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Executive to join our team in Helsinki.

As a Key Account Business Partner, you will be responsible for creating and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a lead role in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, negotiating trade terms and investments, and managing customer P&Ls.

You will work closely with our category team, customer teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop integrated promo plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of growth for our Finnish business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive customer growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate trade terms and investments with customers.
  • Manage customer P&Ls and provide insights and input to the forecasting process.
  • Strengthen relationships between Unilever and customers.
