We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Growth Strategy Lead for Local Businesses to join our team and drive growth in the HoReCa channel. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies with key customers, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships.
About the RoleThis is a temporary fixed-term position responsible for accelerating growth in the HoReCa channel. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators- Deliver sales growth targets through effective development and execution of commercial strategies with key customers.
- Improve customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and issue resolution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and optimize pricing and promotional programs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
