We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Consumer Pricing & Incentives team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving and leading development projects in the domain, developing and executing strategies that drive growth and best-in-class customer experience.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with other teams, including General Managers, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure our Pricing & Incentives execution is aligned with local strategy and competitive landscape across 25+ markets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in pricing and/or incentives in a comparable industry, strategy & operations in a top-tier tech/platform company, or management consulting. They should possess problem-solving skills, people & project management skills, drive, ownership, and independence, analytical skills, business acumen, and an eye for superb user experience.

In this role, you will be given a lot of responsibility and freedom in terms of how to get stuff done. In exchange, you will need to be comfortable and effective at being in the driver's seat in your initiatives.
