About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Market Development expert. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for proactively targeting modernization opportunities outside our current customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and prioritizing RFQs to ensure timely responses
  • Selling all modernizations, full replacements, Advanced People Flow Solutions, and other digital solutions
  • Creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in collaboration with the rest of the KONE team
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and documenting interactions
  • Generating new business opportunities from outside our current customer base

This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in selling cycles, pricing, and purchasing strategies. If you have 8-13 years of experience in sales and possess exceptional communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
