Sales Efficiency Expert

We are looking for a seasoned Sales/Revenue Operations Manager to optimize sales efficiency and drive business growth at Matrix42 AG.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and develop core tools used by sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve data collection and reporting.
- Enhance dashboards, analytics workflows, and revenue workflows to increase efficiency and onboarding time.
- Conduct regular sales reporting and provide insights to the organization based on data analysis.
- Drive adoption of sales tools through training, internal communication, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business controlling, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a hands-on approach.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, strong analytical skills, and financial reporting knowledge.
- Ideal proficiency in BI-tools, MS Excel, CRM, CPQ software (preferably Hubspot and/or DealHub), and business intelligence tools.
