We're looking for a highly motivated individual to spearhead our partnership sales efforts, driving growth and expansion into new markets.

As a Global Partnership Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-value commercial deals, building relationships with key stakeholders, and showcasing the value of IWG's proposition to prospective partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our ambitious global growth programme, which aims to open 30,000+ new centres over the next decade.

Your Role

You'll need to be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and have excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding business development results.

As a Global Partnership Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Pursuing ambitious growth opportunities in commercial buildings of all types across your region, pitch for new partnership opportunities, convince partners to invest anywhere from £250k to £1m+ to develop a new IWG branded centre and close out deals quickly & effectively
  • Showcasing the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections
  • Sourcing ambitious partners who match our growth goals and can help drive our rapid growth through building conversions, new development locations or competitor conversions
  • Employing a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailoring it to our partners' varying commercial needs and requirements
  • Actively managing your pipeline of opportunities to drive each opportunity from initial contact, through detailed commercial negotiations, all the way to a signed commercial agreement.
