
Medical Sales Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) by promoting innovative diabetes management products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers, building long-term relationships with HCPs, and increasing the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and Sell: Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
- Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with HCPs.
- Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
- Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
- Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Support HCPs: Provide follow-up support to HCPs, including responding to product queries and issues.
- Market Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, a degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience, and experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market, typically obtained through education and sales experience.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a plus.
