The successful candidate will lead our retail sales team, overseeing finance and insurance white label partnerships. They will work closely with colleagues in marketing, operations, and finance, collaborating with the global sales team and serving as the primary point of contact for HQ on retail sales matters.

  • Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute retail sales campaigns.
  • Set and measure sales targets for our retail partners.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of our retail partners' sales teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance white label partners and other stakeholders within the region.
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Lower University degree (MBA) or Bachelor's degree in business or other suitable field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in automotive sales in a client-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the market and customer preferences in Finland.
  • Experience in leadership and people management, preferably with 3 years or more.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
  • Good overall system knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Teams, etc.).
