As a B2B Growth Marketer at Frends, your main goal is to drive demand generation, optimize the digital journey, and improve website conversion rates. You will take full ownership of website management, ABM campaigns, and customer marketing efforts to increase pipeline generation and revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
You'll work closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing to ensure our campaigns, messaging, and digital experiences effectively engage both new prospects and existing customers. You are data-driven, execution-focused, and always looking for ways to optimize and scale growth efforts.
What You'll Own & Deliver
- Website Management & CRO: Oversee the entire website strategy, ensuring it effectively converts visitors into leads and supports business growth.
- ABM & Demand Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting key accounts, industries, and use cases.
- Customer Marketing & Retention Strategy: Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns to increase adoption and expansion within existing accounts.
- Growth Experimentation: Identify, test, and scale new demand generation and retention tactics based on performance insights.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to refine strategy and execution.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing with a proven track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue expansion.
- Experience owning website strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive lead generation.
- Strong expertise in ABM campaign execution across LinkedIn, paid media, and targeted outreach.
- Experience in customer marketing, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product marketing to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and marketing attribution.
- Self-starter with a bias for action—you thrive in execution and results-driven environments.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM and automation tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS or integration technologies (iPaaS, API management, automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools and A/B testing.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation.
- While we're open for remote candidates located in Europe, we do set a higher preference for candidates from our Swedish or Finnish HQ offices. If you're an applicant from outside these areas, you're expected to visit either at least once a quarter in person.
- You will be reporting to the CMO, keeping a close collaboration with the rest of the marketing and sales teams.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, a Marketing Team Member, and CMO. Case study and reference checks are also included.
