Työtehtävät:

  • Optimate-ohjelmiston myynti isännöitsijöille ja taloyhtiöiden hallituksen jäsenille.
  • Aktiivinen uusasiakashankinta ja asiakassuhteiden kehittäminen.
  • Asiakkaiden tarpeiden ymmärtäminen ja ratkaisujen tarjoaminen.
  • Myyntiprosessin hallinta ensikontaktista sopimukseen asti.
  • Joustavat työajat – Voit työskennellä joustavasti – tehtävä sopii sekä osa-aikaiselle että kokopäiväiselle myyjälle.

Odotamme sinulta:

  • Halua menestyä ja tavoitteellista asennetta.
  • Erinomaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja ja kykyä vakuuttaa asiakkaat.
  • Kokemusta myynnistä (SaaS-myynti on plussaa, mutta ei pakollista).
  • Kiinteistöalan tunteminen plussaa.
  • Suomen ja englannin kielen taito.
