As our new Account Manager, you will build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key public sector accounts. Serving as the main liaison, you will understand customer challenges and technological needs while staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their business challenges and technology needs
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Crayon's services across our software licensing and cloud services
  • Develop account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Pre-sales, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery) to design and propose customized IT solutions

Your Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development, in the Finnish market
  • Proven track record in selling cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), IT consultancy, or professional services

  • Strong communicator and negotiator, adept at engaging at all levels, from technical discussions to CXOs
  • Skilled in managing multiple sales opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups
