What this job can offer you
  • The opportunity to develop and execute high-impact sales enablement programs for Account Executives (AE), Solutions Consultants (SC), and Account Managers (AM).
  • A collaborative role within a globally distributed team, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and revenue leadership.
  • Hands-on experience in building training programs for Product, Pricing, Partner, and Competitive strategies to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Instructional Design Certification.
What you bring
  • Experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, training, or a related function within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience creating and maintaining training content, including presentations, playbooks, and e-learning materials.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, ShowPad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or other LMS systems.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for program optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and engagement in training materials.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training content for AE, SC, and AM teams to support their skill development and performance.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of Product, Pricing, Partner, and Competitive training programs.
  • Support the rollout of revenue enablement initiatives aligned with Strategic Rocks at Remote.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Track and measure the success of enablement programs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, coordinating speakers, and organizing learning resources.
  • Facilitate both live and asynchronous training sessions to maximize learning retention.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hire globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $54,800 USD to $61,650 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
