We have over 90 offices on 6 continents and this role is to extend our team in our Helsinki office.

The secret to our success:
Our Sales Associates get three things from the very beginning:
- Responsibility for client relationships: drive the process, from the first call to closing the business and being strategically responsible for the account.
- Internal support: Full support from our subject matter experts, customer service teams and management.
- Training: Continuous training in strategic software and services sales and product training.
Job description:
- Identify new potential clients and business areas
- Identify, qualify, drive, develop and close business opportunities with the support from subject matter experts and management
- Build new client relationships through well planned proactive outreach, trade shows and events
- Inform and educate clients on TransPerfect's solutions and service portfolio
- Support and manage our clients' expectations together with our client services and technology teams
- Manage and control pricing and contractual topics according to TransPerfect's established processes
- Get to know our clients' industries, business requirements and company culture to recommend relevant solutions
- Contribute to the development of TransPerfect's offering over time
Enough about us, what about you?
To succeed in this role, you need to be curious. Genuine interest in how our clients make their money is key to understanding how best to match our solutions with their business requirements. You also need a hands-on approach and enjoy taking the initiative. In short, we want you to think and then act in the right way to use our client's and our own time in the best way possible.
You will also need:
- Persistence – changing the way our clients work for the better takes time
- An independent and result-oriented mindset
- A will to develop and challenge yourself
- Be creative and find the right ways to reach prospects and drive results
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English. Other European languages a plus.
- Knowledge of MS-Office and CRM solutions
- Availability to travel
