About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Paulig. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving profitability across our Branded Business Area.

Your primary focus will be on identifying, assessing, and proposing growth opportunities, as well as conducting thorough evaluations across markets, channels, brands, categories, and portfolios. You will work closely with experienced and driven colleagues to deliver a major impact on future company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue growth strategies to enhance product portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Create standardized methods and tools for revenue growth management to ensure a unified approach across all markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to support optimal product pricing.
  • Evaluate product performance and provide insights for the optimization of the product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across functions to devise tactics that boost revenue and drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and strategic business-minded individual with a strong analytical background and a passion for driving revenue growth. You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management or finance roles in an international environment.
  • Previous experience from FMCG.
  • Strong strategic and tactical business understanding and skilled in structured and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills that you use to make recommendations and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities – not afraid to challenge or be challenged in a constructive way.
