Enterprise Open Source Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our open source sales efforts in the enterprise market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise software sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers and partners.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
