About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Tori Kaupat sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and acquiring new customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our platform is a trusted sales channel for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging digital sales tools and insights to inform your approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive business results and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital sales environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with a strong understanding of the Finnish market and culture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on results-driven sales strategies
