About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics and NL regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
