Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cross-Cultural Communication Specialist to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients in the German market.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Your primary goal will be to create lasting connections with C-level executives and inspire them to be part of the Management Events community.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the German market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken skills in German and English languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
