About the job

The Talent Manager is pivotal in developing and maintaining a high quality network of Interim Managers, ensuring the best experience aligns with client needs. This role involves identifying, assessing, and onboarding Interim Managers while driving the evolution of the Talent Management function to ensure it remains competitive in methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Identifying Potential Interim Managers for Client Assignments:

  1. Collaborate with Partners to define ideal profiles based on Letters of Proposal (LOPs) or similar documents.
  2. Conduct searches for suitable Interim Managers using databases, private networks, LinkedIn, and other resources.
  3. Screen candidates, verify availability and interest, and coordinate interviews.
  4. Participate in interviews and reference checks in collaboration with Partners.
  5. Prepare detailed Interim Manager profiles and related documentation for client presentation.

Proactively Building and Expanding the Network of Interim Managers:

  1. Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective Interim Managers expressing interest in Nordic Interim.
  2. Define key competency profiles (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, PMOs) with colleagues and engage and attract potential candidates to join the Interim Manager network.
  3. Arrange interim events and regularly interact with interim candidates to ensure that Nordic Interim Finland has the best Interim Manager pool in the market.

Developing Talent Management Processes and Tools:

  1. Be process owner of all candidate related processes and ensure the Talent Management function remains competitive by identifying areas of improvement and executing enhancements in collaboration with the team.
  2. Utilize AI and latest technologies, propose and implement improvements to workflows and tools managing the Interim Manager database and candidate pipelines.
  3. Adhere to the company's business systems and uphold its core values.

Qualifications and competencies

  1. Proven ability to understand client needs and match them with the skills of potential Interim Managers.
  2. Expertise in assessing individuals beyond CV qualifications.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build trust with C-level professionals.
  4. Interest in business operations and leadership dynamics.
  5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with Interim Managers.
  6. Resilience under pressure, handling high workloads, and meeting tight deadlines.
  7. Unwavering integrity and a strong ethical compass.
  8. Self-driven and proactive in approach.
  9. Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  10. Fluent in Finnish and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
