We're looking for a Spanish-speaking customer success professional to join our team in Europe. As a customer success lead, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio based in the LATAM region.

Your day-to-day work will involve helping our customers achieve their desired outcomes and solving their challenges. You will be part of a world-class customer success organization that provides exceptional support to clients across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 50+ customers from the LATAM region
  • Own and drive the onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth, and advocacy of your customers
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to provide world-class solutions and consultation to customer needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills
  • Near-native level or fully professional Spanish language skills (Portuguese is an added bonus)
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM region and experience working with countries in the area
  • Humble attitude and willingness to learn and grow
