About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Canonical, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their objectives and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, and Support, to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet the customer's needs. This will involve coordinating complex projects, managing a portfolio of customers, and identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent presentation skills, able to guide conversations about complex software solutions. You will also have experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
