About This Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth across all categories within a key customer group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
- Utilising data & insights to build & execute category driving strategies for the customer
- Creating, tracking and delivering JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
- Optimizing the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations
