About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategy to drive business growth
- Create and manage email automation campaigns to enhance customer experience
- Own and drive end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns for international markets
- Continuously test and analyze results to improve campaign performance
- Analyze customer data and create segments to target marketing communications effectively
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through relationship management models
- Upsell and increase customer value by developing additional value propositions
- Monitor and report on CRM marketing activity results
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, tech, and product teams to ensure consistent customer experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in operational CRM, specializing in email marketing and optimizing the customer lifecycle
- Good knowledge of CRM software and tools (Hubspot)
- Data-driven campaign management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Customer-centric approach with passion for understanding customer needs and challenges
- Collaborative team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Possession of digital trends and tech innovations with focus on customer perspective
- Fluency in English (bonus points for speaking German, French, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
