
Regional Business Development Manager in Medical Devices

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join our Shockwave Medical Inc. team in Finland. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with customers in the region.
About the RoleThis position involves driving sales growth by generating customers and new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales expectations in an assigned territory while providing exceptional service and support to physicians to meet their patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes.
- Monitor area sales trends and product performance results.
- Fluency in Finnish with proficiency in English.
- Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional peripheral and coronary with good clinical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
- High willingness to travel.
- Strong practical commercial execution background.
